Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Honours, 4-Year Undergraduate Degree Program)
The Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is a comprehensive undergraduate program designed to develop a strong foundation in commerce, finance, accounting, and business management. The program equips students with analytical, managerial, and problem-solving skills essential for careers in the corporate, financial, and entrepreneurial sectors.
It emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure through case studies, projects, internships, and industry interactions. Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board such as CBSE or equivalent, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (subject to university norms). The candidate must have studied English as a compulsory subject. Preference may be given to students from Commerce or Mathematics backgrounds, as per the guidelines of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).
Admission Criteria:
Admission to the B.Com program is based on the merit of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) or as per the admission guidelines prescribed by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) from time to time. The admission process is conducted through centralized online counseling, where seats are allotted based on the candidate’s merit, category reservation policies, and regional quotas (Delhi and Outside Delhi).
