Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch, 5-Year Degree Course)
The Bachelor of Architecture is an Undergraduate professional degree course. The broad objective of the course is to impart both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to students to prepare them for a professional career in the field of architecture. As per GGSIPU, the duration of the B. Arch. course (Code 100) is 5 years and divided into 10 semesters. Much of the theoretical knowledge is gained in application and research mode being integrated into practical /studio and seminar activity-based courses. The programme is also designed to met the guidelines of the Council of Architecture for B.Arch. - the degree that meets the eligibility criteria for registration with the COA as an “Architect”.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA, 3/4-Year Degree Course)
The Bachelor of Business Administration is an undergraduate management course. BBA provides the students with a basic understanding of business processes and management. As per GGSIPU, the duration of the BBA course (Code 125) is 4 years and divided into 8 semesters. Some of the subjects of study in BBA General are Human Resource Management, Principles of Management, Financial Accounting, Computer Applications, Effective Communication, Managerial Economics, Management Accounting, Business environment, Family Business Management, Quantitative methods in Business, Operations Management, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, etc. Students are also taught organizational and communication skills that prepare them for their entrepreneurial journey. Students get practical training in the form of presentations, case studies, industry visits, internships, and interactions with industry experts.
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA, 3/4-Year Degree Course)
The Bachelor of Computer Application is an undergraduate degree program primarily focused on computer applications and software development. It serves as a gateway for students who wish to pursue a career in the IT (Information and Technology) field.
