Prof. Dash is an accomplished architect and academician with extensive experience in design, planning, and execution. Over the years, he has worked with leading private firms across eastern and northern India, contributing to the development of apartments, residences, hotels, hospitals, and shopping malls. His passion for education has led him to teach at several architectural institutions, where he has mentored aspiring architects and shared his industry expertise. As the Director of MBS College, he plays a key role in shaping the institution’s academic framework, fostering innovation, and ensuring a dynamic learning environment for students. With his vast knowledge and leadership, he continues to guide the next generation of architects, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical application.

Prof. Praveen Arora is an accomplished architect with over 30 years of experience in design, construction, and project management. As the founder of Praveen Arora & Associates, he has led numerous projects, including townships, industrial units, housing developments, public buildings, commercial complexes, academic institutions, auditoriums, and cinemas. His expertise covers all aspects of project execution, from concept design and tender documentation to construction management and consultant coordination. Known for his practical, user-friendly, and efficient designs, he consistently strives to maximize building functionality and land utilization. Since joining MBS College in 2017, he has played a key role in academic development, bringing real-world industry insights into the classroom. As Dean, he is dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment, mentoring students, and bridging the gap between architectural theory and professional practice.

Prof. V.K. Bugga brings a wealth of experience in urban planning and development. He began his career as an Assistant Town Planner in Rajasthan before moving to Noida in 1976, where he played a key role in its early planning. His expertise extended to the Ministry of Health, overseeing the construction of several hospital buildings during his tenure at DGHS. From 1992 to 2011, he served as the Chief Town Planner at MCD, contributing significantly to Delhi’s urban landscape. A seasoned professional, Prof. Bugga has represented Delhi at international conferences, including the Sanction of Building Plans Conference in Rome. Since joining MBS College in August 2016, he has been instrumental in shaping academic programs and mentoring students, fostering the overall growth of the institution

Prof. Bugga worked as an assistant Town planner in Rajasthan in his initial years and later shifted to Noida as Town Planner in 1976. He worked on the initial planning of Noida for several years. He had been part of Ministry of Health and overlooked construction of several hospital buildings in his tenure in DGHS. Prof. Bugga served as a Chief Town Planner in MCD from 1992 till 2011. With varied experience in hand, he has conducted many seminars and represented Delhi in “Sanction of Building plans Conference” in Rome. He has been associated with MBS SPA since August 2016 and contributed significantly in the academic development of the students and the overall development of the School.

Prof. Alpna Rohatgi has over 24 years of experience in both industry and academia, bringing a deep understanding of architectural theories, design principles, history, cultural studies, and art appreciation. Her field expertise includes building construction, architectural design, hospital planning, and allied services. Passionate about research, she has published works in areas such as vernacular studies, Old Delhi culture, history, anthropology, design education, and quality education. Her multidisciplinary approach enhances the academic experience, encouraging students to explore the intersection of architecture, culture, and history. Ar. Jyoti Arora has 29 years of professional experience in residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial projects. Her multidisciplinary expertise spans architecture, urban design, landscape, and interior design, with a strong focus on materiality, detailing, and sustainability. Passionate about architectural education, she holds a Master’s in Pedagogy and has designed integrated curricula that bring together various disciplines in design studios. For the past eight years, she has been actively engaged in exploring innovative teaching methods, gaining expertise in education techniques, classroom management, and practice teaching. Her recent research focuses on Ethics in Architecture Education and Public Interest Design. Ar. Neelam Shukla has 13 years of experience in architecture, including seven years in academia, teaching at various institutions across Delhi NCR. Her professional expertise spans government and private residential and commercial projects, having worked on developments in Bhopal, Meerut, HPDA, and Ghaziabad. In addition to her architectural work, she has also undertaken freelance interior design projects in Noida and Gurugram, showcasing her versatility in the field. With a strong foundation in both practice and education, she brings valuable industry insights into the classroom, helping students bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world application. Ar. Amrita Kaur Gulati is a gold medalist Architect and Planner with extensive experience in housing projects. She began her career working with renowned architectural and multinational firms in Delhi, gaining expertise in designing small to large-scale residential developments. Associated with MBS College since 2013, she is dedicated to nurturing students' confidence and creativity. Beyond teaching, she actively organizes academic co-curricular activities, including seminars, conferences, workshops, and skill development programmes. Ar. Toshi has over 11 years of techno-functional experience in teaching, architecture, and urban planning. She has worked with esteemed institutions and firms such as USAP-GGSIPU, ASCI-Hyderabad, and Egis India. Jagmohan Singh is a dedicated artist with over 10 years of experience in academia, specializing in Art & Graphics and Life Drawing. He has been an Assistant Professor at MBS College since 2009 and has also served as a visiting faculty member at esteemed institutions such as SPA New Delhi, Delhi College of Arts, and the University School of Architecture and Planning, New Delhi. Dr. Ritu Rai has a diverse academic background in industrial economics, cluster economics, and regional development. A university gold medalist, she qualified for the UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF-SRF) and recently earned her Ph.D. Her research interests span cluster planning, economic forecasting, new economic geographies, urban development, and disaster management. She has published 10 research papers in internationally peer-reviewed and UGC CARE-listed journals and has presented at national and international conferences. An active member of the Uttar Pradesh - Uttarakhand Economic Association and the International Cartographic Association (INCA) since 2017, she is committed to advancing research and education.   Pallabi Banerjee is a gold medalist architect and planner with academic training from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and A.K.T.U., Lucknow. She has professional experience in designing large-scale group housing, institutional, and recreational projects alongside her academic pursuits. Her research interests include housing, disaster-resilient planning, architectural design, and the integration of GIS in the built environment. She has presented and chaired sessions at national and international conferences, contributed to consultancy projects, and published in reputed forums. Passionate about teaching and mentoring, she actively guides students in design, theory, and research while advancing explorations in sustainable and inclusive architecture. 

She loves designing and has a strong inclination toward creative problem-solving in architecture and interiors. Her academic interests include theory subjects such as history of architecture, sociology, and environmental studies, town planning, quantity and estimation, etc. She actively engages in the building construction process and finds joy in working with technical details. Her passion lies not only in overseeing the broader design development but also in immersing herself in the technical aspects—such as structural systems, material specifications, and detailed construction drawings.

She is an architect, academician, and PhD. She has total 23 years of experience (12 years in industry and 11 years of teaching) in the field of architecture. She completed her B. Arch in 2002 from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (Ranchi), and her M. Arch in 2019 from AKTU University, Uttar Pradesh. She is pursuing PhD (Part time) from the National Institute of Technology, Patna. Her area of interest in research is vernacular architecture.

Ar. Prachi Narang is an accomplished architect with nine years of professional experience, specializing in Landscape Design, Urban Design, History of Architecture, and Interior Design. Her academic and professional pursuits are deeply rooted in the exploration of contemporary materials and modern construction technologies, which she seamlessly integrates into her teaching and practice.
