Prof. Praveen Arora is an accomplished architect with over 30 years of experience in design, construction, and project management. As the founder of Praveen Arora & Associates, he has led numerous projects, including townships, industrial units, housing developments, public buildings, commercial complexes, academic institutions, auditoriums, and cinemas. His expertise covers all aspects of project execution, from concept design and tender documentation to construction management and consultant coordination. Known for his practical, user-friendly, and efficient designs, he consistently strives to maximize building functionality and land utilization. Since joining MBS College in 2017, he has played a key role in academic development, bringing real-world industry insights into the classroom. Prof. V. K Bugga

Sr. Professor

Prof. V.K. Bugga brings a wealth of experience in urban planning and development. He began his career as an Assistant Town Planner in Rajasthan before moving to Noida in 1976, where he played a key role in its early planning. His expertise extended to the Ministry of Health, overseeing the construction of several hospital buildings during his tenure at DGHS. From 1992 to 2011, he served as the Chief Town Planner at MCD, contributing significantly to Delhi’s urban landscape. A seasoned professional, Prof. Bugga has represented Delhi at international conferences, including the Sanction of Building Plans Conference in Rome. Since joining MBS College in August 2016, he has been instrumental in shaping academic programs and mentoring students, fostering the overall growth of the institution

Prof. H.K.G. Nambiar

Professor

Prof. Bugga worked as an assistant Town planner in Rajasthan in his initial years and later shifted to Noida as Town Planner in 1976. He worked on the initial planning of Noida for several years. He had been part of Ministry of Health and overlooked construction of several hospital buildings in his tenure in DGHS. Prof. Bugga served as a Chief Town Planner in MCD from 1992 till 2011. With varied experience in hand, he has conducted many seminars and represented Delhi in “Sanction of Building plans Conference” in Rome. He has been associated with MBS SPA since August 2016 and contributed significantly in the academic development of the students and the overall development of the School.
