The
speaker
Ar
.
Sathya
Prakash
Varanashi,
studied
architecture
in
Bangalore,
Urban
Ar. Sathya Prakash Varanashi
design from SPA Delhi, and heritage
conservation
in
England.
A
former
involved
Professor
of
academics,
Architecture,
he
is
activities,
in
outreach
freelance writing, professional associations, and
NGO initiatives. The presentation covered basics
of
sustainability
and
its
importance.
He
discussed
designs
ideas
rooted
in
cost,
culture,
climate
and
creativity.
He
insisted
that
the
students need
to
be
more eco-friendly and gave
reference
to
various
books
that
the
students
could
refer
to
design
more
sustainable
buildings. The session was very informative and
aroused
interest
of
the
listeners.
The
session
was followed
by
question answer session.
