Prof. Nagendra has provided Human Resource consultancy to Institute of Liver and Biliary Science on behalf of HSCC (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare) Government of India. He has provided consultancy projects to food processing units supported by PMFME, MOFPI. He acts as Trainer for “Train The Trainers” and “Train The Accesors” at FICSI programs. He has established and commissioned the GSR-EA lab in NIFTEM (Ministry of Food Processing, Government of India ). He acts as Program Coordinator for BLEP to Nestle Food Safety Institute on behalf of NIFTEM (Buget- 22 Lakh). He acts as Principle Investigator for research project funded by NIFTEM (Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India). He acted as Guest Editor for special issue launch of "VISION2050: Agri-Business Perspective" in "EMERGING MARKET CASE STUDY JOURNAL (EMERALD -SCOPUS). He has published 12 research articles listed in ABDC-B, SSCI & Scopus such as International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance, Evidence Based HRM: A global forum of empirical research, Journal of Intercultural Communication Research and International Journal of Business Excellence. He acts as Nodal Officer for PMFME (Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India). He acts as Conference Chairman for International Conference "VISION2050: Agri-Business Perspective" externally funded by NABARD, FICSI, NESTLE, AFSTI, MTR and MSME HARYANA (Funding 10.27 Lakh).
